Terms and Conditions

The Simsalabim Academy online learning platform is operated by TARCON OÜ (Estonia).

Validity of Sales Agreement, Product and Pricing Information

These terms apply to all course purchases made through simsalabim.academy. All prices are displayed in euros on the course pages.

Placing an Order

To purchase a course, add it to your cart and complete the required fields. Payment can be made securely via bank link or other available payment methods. Your order is confirmed upon receipt of payment.

If a course cannot be provided due to unforeseen circumstances, the buyer will be notified as soon as possible and a full refund will be issued within 14 days.

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of completing your order. The right of withdrawal does not apply to legal persons. Once course content has been accessed, the right of withdrawal may no longer apply in accordance with applicable consumer protection law.

Complaints

TARCON OÜ is responsible for any non-conformity of purchased courses that existed at the time of purchase and becomes apparent within two years. To submit a complaint, contact us at info@tarcon.ee within two months of discovering the issue. We will respond in writing within 15 days.

Buyer Obligations

  • Provide accurate personal and contact information.
  • Complete payment within the specified terms.
  • Review your order before submitting.
  • Cooperate promptly if additional information is requested.
  • Keep confidential any information received relating to TARCON OÜ’s operations.
  • Purchased courses are for personal use only and may not be shared with third parties.
  • Recording course content via screen recording or any other means is strictly prohibited. Sharing recorded course material with third parties may result in a fine of up to €1,500.

Buyer Rights

  • Receive complete and accurate information about courses, pricing and availability.
  • Access purchased courses for 12 months from the date of purchase, with unlimited replays during this period.
  • Receive appropriate and timely customer support.
  • Submit complaints and receive a response within a reasonable time.
  • Receive purchase documentation including an invoice.
  • Review these terms, the privacy policy and refund conditions before purchase.

Seller Obligations

  • Provide access to purchased courses for 12 months from the date of purchase.
  • Ensure courses meet their descriptions and quality standards.
  • Restore access to courses if lost due to reasons not attributable to the buyer.
  • Provide support and guidance before and after courses.
  • Maintain transparent pricing with no hidden costs.
  • Process and store personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
  • Ensure the security of the platform and protect payment processes.

Seller Rights

  • Modify terms and pricing at any time, effective upon publication.
  • Refuse service in cases of suspected fraud or inaccurate information.
  • Terminate a buyer’s access early if the buyer has violated these terms.
  • Remove or modify courses at will, provided that buyers currently enrolled may complete the course until their access period expires.
  • Request additional information from buyers if necessary for order fulfilment.
  • Run promotions and special offers at its own discretion.

Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint, please contact info@tarcon.ee. If the dispute cannot be resolved amicably, you may contact the Estonian Consumer Disputes Committee or the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
